Practices for a Life of Wholeness
Harvest Time

Know Your Values
Do you know your core values? One of the keys to living a life of wholeness is being in integrity with your core values. Values can change and shift over time. Values that may have been central to your family of origin, or that were taught in your school or your religion or community, may no longer be your core values. I find that often my clients --especially those suffering from anxiety or depression-- have lost touch with their core values. This exercise will help you think about and identify your core values, which is a cornerstone of living a life of wholeness.
