Learning to accept change and create new habits and patterns that serve the new you that life is summoning you to become is challenging, especially when the need for this change feels thrust upon you rather than brought about by something you consciously chose.
I shine a light for you through the storm, stand with you in the tempest, and teach you tools that help you find your own way back to joy and your best possible life.
Who Do I Help?

What Do I Do?
I call what I do "Practical Magic."
I blend transformational tools from several modalities (Nature, the Arts, Science, Positive Psychology, Human Performance, and Spirituality among them) to guide you through the storm and towards the new life awaiting you.
Whether you join me on a Pilgrimage or Retreat, take one of my workshops, or opt in to one of my limited 1:1 Coaching sessions, the tools I teach are effective, practical, and immediately applicable to your life.
In the process of working with me, I guide you to discover what I call your "Wise Self."
